The Advisory Committee for Roofwork [ACR] is a UK body dedicated to making working on roofs safer.

It was established from a working group originally set up by invitation of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in 1999 to look at the issue of fragility of Roofing Assemblies.

It meets quarterly and it’s  membership is made up of nominees from the major Roof working Federations and Associations who, together with the HSE, provide the technical experience of many years of involvement in working on roofs.
